How it works
From first contact to delivery: a consistent process so you know what to expect.
Introduction and intake
We discuss the condition of the boat, what needs to be done and what your priorities are. This can be over the phone, but we are also happy to come to you.
Inspection and quote
We go through the boat, note what we find and draw up a quote. No surprises afterwards: what is in the quote is what you pay, unless something unforeseen comes up during the work. In that case, we discuss it first.
Execution
The work is carried out wherever the boat is moored, or at a yard suited to the job. We bring in specialised tradespeople for work outside our own expertise, but remain personally responsible for coordination and quality control.
Delivery
We deliver the boat and walk through everything that has been done together. If there are points to watch for in the coming period, we discuss them right away and log them in our system.
