How quickly do you respond to an enquiry?

Accepted Answer

We respond within 24 hours on working days. For a quote request we usually schedule a brief phone call first to discuss your situation before putting together a price.

What do I need for a quote?

Boat type, length, berth location and what you would like done. The more specific you are, the faster we can give you a realistic estimate. Not sure where to start? Describe your situation and we will think along with you.

Question 3

Can I also request Sentinel Marine on its own?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We install Sentinel Marine as a standalone service on your boat, regardless of whether you take out any further maintenance with us. After installation you monitor battery, bilge and engine temperature yourself via the app. Want us to keep an eye on it and step in when needed? Then we link the monitoring to our maintenance package.

Do you also work outside Rotterdam, Zeeland and Antwerpen?

Our clients are mainly based in the Benelux, but their boats are spread across Europe. We are most active in the Rotterdam, Zeeland and Antwerpen regions. For boats in other locations we first discuss whether and how we can help.

That depends on your boat and what is needed. We always work with a quote upfront — no surprises afterwards. Get in touch with your situation and we will give you an honest estimate.
